This website has been created for the residents of Invergowrie and others interested in Invergowrie. It is a new website and is growing, seeking to provide key information about living at Invergowrie and links to other relevant information.

The purpose of this website is to provide information and connections that enhance and sustain the character of the Invergowrie community and area.

Invergowrie is characterised by a rural and bushland setting, situated between Armidale and Uralla in the New England Region of New South Wales. It is the second largest population centre within the Uralla Shire, however is spread out over a large number of mostly small and medium sized rural properties. Its village centre is probably the area between "The Fire Shed", Penelope's Playground and "The Store". While many residents work in nearby towns and businesses, there are also many home-based businesses operating within the community, young people and retirees. The peaceful and quiet bushland character of Invergowrie is keenly valued by the community, particularly its native birds and animals (including koala and echidna).
