DEVELOPMENT NOTIFICATION APPLICATION NO: DA-1215-2006/A

PROPERTY: 216 INVERGOWRIE ROAD INVERGOWRIE NSW 2350

DEVELOPMENT DESCRIPTION:

(A) MODIFY THE SUBDIVISION LAYOUT IN TERMS OF:

- REALIGNMENT OF SOME BOUNDARIES;

- REALIGNMENT OF SOUTHERN ROAD.

(B) INCREASE THE NUMBER LOTS FROM 53 TO 56 LOTS.

(C) MODIFY THE DEVELOPMENT STAGING.

Council has received a Development Application from Mr B W Fardell seeking Council's consent to carry out the above development near to land you own or occupy.

Plan details of the proposed development are enclosed for your information. You may inspect the application, including more detailed plans and accompanying documents (excluding internal plans of any residential development), at the Uralla Shire Council office during business hours.

You may also wish to make a submission to Council concerning this proposal. Council is responsible for assessing this application in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act. If you make a submission we will carefully consider any comments and the grounds for any objection you may wish to make, and will advise you of our decision. Submissions must be received by Council in writing before close of business on 23 March 2009.

Please Note: If you make a submission, other people may have access to your comments. This may be as a result of a report to a Council meeting, or as part of an application under the Freedom of Information Act. We do keep details of names and addresses confidential where possible.

Under State legislation, any person making a submission on a Development Application must also disclose whether they or any 'associate' have made a 'reportable political donation' or gift to a local Councillor or Council employee within the period commencing two years before a submission is made and ending when that Application is determined. Any such donation or gift, if applicable, must be disclosed on the attached form and returned to Council with any submission you make on this application. The form includes further explanatory information on these disclosures.

If the disclosure form is not completed and returned to Council, it will be assumed you have made no relevant donation or gift.
